What: Couscous salad (wheat semolina) and a small plastic dish of hummus (chickpea puree, usually mixed with some
tahini (sesame seed butter/puree), olive oil and some mild seasonings)
Where: in the trash bin of my workplace's office kitchen! Oh well, what a shame. Y'all must know that my company's main function is the promotion of sustainable and respectful manners towards food, to raise awareness, to reduce squandering... Though some companies are sharing the kitchen - it's still shameful.
It's like an indirect way of telling us: "hey, nice thing you're doing, but... you're doing it fuckin' wrong. See how efficient you're work is..."
