What: Half of a Dürüm (engl. "Roll"), a Turkish wrap originally made of yufka dough, a simple, unleavened flat bread. Filled with some type of Döner meat, veggies and sauces. 

Where: On top of a stone post I've know idea what it's called like. On the roadside.
